Shipping Costs on New Orders

Shipping costs depend on the delivery option you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the shipment is going.

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Items too large to ship to a post office box must be shipped to a street address. Rods and blanks that exceed 60 inches will generally incur an oversized charge from the carrier.  Please call us if you have any questions.

Damages or Shortages

All claims for damages, shortages or discrepancies on your order must be made within 10 business days of your receiving the shipment by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-352-7624 or via fax at 541-830-1462. You may also click here.

Damaged shipping containers must be kept for inspection and pick-up by the carrier who caused the damage. If the container is not kept, the item(s) you ordered will not be replaced.
